Privacy policy
We keep the data we hold about you to the minimum we need, and we are clear about what we do with it. This page explains that in plain language.

What we collect
When you contact us or request a proposal, we collect the details you choose to share — usually your name, work email, company and a note about what you are trying to solve. If you browse the site we also collect standard analytics such as pages viewed and rough location at the city level.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, run the campaigns you hire us for, and improve how the site performs. We never sell your data, and we only work with processors — such as our analytics and email providers — who are bound by equivalent privacy commitments.
- Replying to your questions and scoping work.
- Measuring which pages and content are useful.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Analytics cookies are optional and can be cleared from your browser. To make a request, email privacy@asoc.co and we will reply within 30 days.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active relationship, then for a further two years in case you come back to us. After that we remove them from our active systems.
